We launched the #hcbiz community with this post in February 2016. It started with the tweet chat and our goal was to dissect the weekly topics from a very practical stand-point. Our premise was, and still is that businesses can’t “just innovate”. They need to be running soundly and effectively first and only then will they have room to take some shots. We’re trying to help them create more space for innovation.
Shortly after the tweet chat launched, Shahid Shah suggested we add a weekly blab talk show. I loved the idea and we ran with it. Last week we recorded our 25th show!
As many of you know, blab was shutdown for good this past weekend. The platform has been a big part of our show and community and we’re sad to see it go. That said, this a great opportunity to review what we’ve accomplished so far and decide how to make the #hcbiz community even better. This week we’re asking all of you to help us plan what’s next. Wednesday’s tweet chat will be a community brainstorming session where we ask what you like, don’t like, want to see more or less of, etc.
Thank you to everyone who’s been participating in the chats and/or blabs. I’ve made some great friends and have learned a ton. I look forward to spending the next 25 Wednesdays with all of you!
